MATCH session: Having a good understanding of program assessment process is necessary but not sufficient to create a sustainable culture of assessment. In this session, we will share experiences in leading assessment efforts, understanding faculty resistance, practical tips to managing change, effective communication and creating culture of assessment that is sustainable. Furthermore, we will discuss what works and what does not work.
