This session is designed to engage participants in discussion and initial stages of action planning for programmatic review through collaborative work. In our time together, we will briefly share our program review experience onset by the accreditation review process, and how that time allowed us to peel away the layers accessing the core of why we are teaching our future teachers. With a focus on designing a quality program with assessment practices at the core, our teacher education program was reborn! Participants will then engage in a mini-program review process to begin reflecting on their programs, their why, and their programmatic goals and assessments. Intended audience includes professors, adjunct faculty, department or program chairs, deans, and anyone interested in program review.
